Bulletproof Upgraded Collagen Protein Powder

Welcome back here to franktortdev.wpengine.com. Today I wanted to do a little product review. I’ve been taking this product now for over a year now. I just can’t speak highly enough about it. This is from the company Bulletproof. Lots of great products, and this is Upgraded Collagen Protein from pasture-raised cows.

Now collagen is produced in bone marrow. This is from the bones of the grass-fed cows. They do an extracting process, which is cold-pressed using an enzyme technology. This type one collagen is split into exactly small particles for immediate absorption and bioavailability.

Collagen is going to help aid in healthy bones, healthy joints, skin especially, hair, nails. For anyone out there, I know bone marrow broth is a big craze right now. I actually did a video on it quite some time ago. I started experimenting with that and had a lot of great results with just healing the gut. The collagen is going to go in and help repair any types of punctures in the gut lining if you’re dealing with a leaky gut syndrome, if you will. It’s popular with the GAPS diet, which is pertaining to that.

I was making it and you do it in a slow cooker for a good, I’d say, 48 hours. It’s just a process and it’s not a crazy process because you put it in there and it just does what it does, but I just got tired of the cleaning and then you get the smell of that flesh in the sink. I’m not a big of that. This is the best way of getting all those nutrients. We’re all very mineral-deficient in this country.

Again, that excludes a lot of the people that are doing daily raw juices and eating things that are very high in enzymes and minerals, but even them, because I’m one of those people. I juice every day. I drink probably a half a gallon of green juice every day. I’m doing the alkaline water, etc., eating high enzyme foods with minerals, but I’ve noticed such an amazing benefit from taking this supplement and a lot of my clients have been taking it.

What the supplement does to you, you take it at night before bed time on an empty stomach. It actually helps the body release HGH because it’s high in l-arginine, which is an amino acid. L-arginine helps blood flow. By taking it at night the scientific research shows that it actually helps your body stimulate the release of the HGH. I myself have noticed an increase in muscle density, actually a little bit of a decrease in my appetite just because I think I’m getting so many beneficial minerals from this particular supplement. Workouts are better; recovery’s better. For you all you guys out there … Oh, I should say men and women, I’ve noticed a big increase in sex drive from taking this. Again, it would make sense because when you take it at night it helps the body produce and release the HGH on its own, so you’re going to see that.

When I first started taking it I was doing two dosages. The bag just says one; I was doing one in the morning and one at night. It worked great for the first two, three weeks and then I felt like it was just a little bit too much in the sense of it does make you very … That’s why you take it before bed but it does help relax your body, so for anyone dealing with insomnia, anxiety at night, I definitely feel a big difference with this as well.

I get it from a market out here in LA but you can definitely find it on their website. Really highly recommend this product. I definitely like the way I’m feeling with it and I’m getting a lot of good feedback from my clients that have been experimenting with it as well, so I wanted to pass that on to you guys.
