Raw Apple Cider Vinegar Is A Miracle Food

General Thumbnail

Welcome back here to franktortdev.wpengine.com.  I wanted to go over the importance of apple cider vinegar, raw apple cider vinegar. You’ve probably seen this brand in multiple health food stores, Whole Foods, fit types of markets, Sprouts. This is Bragg’s. I think it’s safe to say they’re the leading pioneer in raw apple cider vinegar. They have salad dressings as well and they make drinks as well with apple cider vinegar in it, lemon, grape drinks, things like that.

What I want to touch on with the apple cider vinegar: For starters, all vinegars are acidic and this is the only vinegar that when it’s ingested it actually has an alkalizing effect on the body, which is very important. One of the things to remember is we’re in the fall now. Obviously everyone’s getting sick. I’m sure anyone watching this video that has been having to take antibiotics, as you all know, one day on an antibiotic wipes out all the healthy gut flora in your stomach. Vinegar is obviously a fermented food so a great way to get healthy beneficial bacteria in your gut is apple cider vinegar.

Another great thing that you can do with apple cider vinegar if you’re dealing with a cold, chest congestion, if your mucus is yellow and you’re fighting an infection, what I do, I make a tonic elixir with this. You can go way back in my archives. I think I actually even have a video of myself making it but I’ve tweaked it a little bit. Really what you would do is boil some alkaline water, put in three cap fulls of the apple cider vinegar. Once the water is boiled, squeeze a lemon in it, add a tablespoon of raw honey, and you grate some fresh ginger in there as well. Ginger has amazing antiviral, antifungal bacterial benefits as well. Great to take when you’re dealing with colds, stomach issues.

Recently one of the most amazing things I’ve come across with raw apple cider vinegar for myself, I was dealing with some digestive issues for quite some time and I was playing with different things: probiotics, fermented foods, different types of amino acids to help restore and repair gut lining, etc. I tell you guys the most amazing thing. I’ll just take three to four capsules of this in a little shot glass and then fill the rest of it up with alkaline water, take a shot of it, and then just chase it with water. I’ve been doing that before meals as well as it … It just depends. Either before or after, or before and after, or just after. What I notice is, because this is a fermented food it is alkalized into the blood but it is acidifying-tasting because it is vinegar. You can just feel it cut through any types of gas pockets going on in your gut.

I do believe that because of that factor and because of the probiotic factor you’re now able to help your body assimilate and digest any types of roughage or any other types of minerals and enzymes, active enzymes that are alive in the food. Particularly a lot of people will complain that when they drink a raw juice they feel bloated. This is a great thing to just cut through the bloat and your digestion process, it’s like night and day I’ve been feeling with this.

Again, raw apple cider vinegar. This is from Bragg’s. They are the leading pioneer in raw apple cider vinegar, to my knowledge. There’s other companies out there but they’ve been doing this for a very long time. It is a primo, primo product.
