Hello, everybody. Welcome to back here to franktortdev.wpengine.com

This blog is bound to turn some heads, especially for those that are not in the realm of the whole holistic means of treating their body and just more of the conventional route. Here we go. You can see the title up there, coffee enemas. A lot of people get grossed out by that thought but, at the of the day, we all have a human body and, at the end of the day when we all kick the bucket, this body’s just going to be an article of clothing that we transcend out of regardless. Try not to attach too much with the idea of an enema.

A coffee enema. In general, enemas have been around for a long time, as far as they were even used in hospitals when people were admitted into hospitals. We’re going way back. About 50 years ago, Dr. Max Gerson discovered the importance of coffee enemas. Dr. Gerson has a long track record of curing a lot of terminal diseases. There’s actually the Gerson Institute and they’ve carried on his message. His daughter, Charlotte, is there and there’s plenty of other practitioners underneath.

Their protocol is all about enemas, coffee enemas, wheat grass enemas, all different types, along with juice fasting, lymphatic system drains. It’s a total body cleanse that people go there that are terminally ill or people who just want to feel better and cleanse their body.

You ask why a coffee enema. Coffee has a chemical compound in it that has been shown to actually stimulate the liver to reduce toxicity out of the liver, so if you have a congested liver, a coffee enema’s going to be your best friend. More importantly, how many of you out there suffer with feeling bloated, gassy after you eat, indigestion? It’s very common. There could be a lot of factors there with digestion, predominantly your intestinal lining, of how your pH balance is from good flora to bad flora, if you’re able to break down your food.

More importantly, we want to look at the gall bladder. The gall bladder’s main purpose is to produce bile acid, which in turn helps the body to break down food with the enzymes. The coffee enema has been shown to not only stimulate the liver, but it helps the gall bladder to stimulate bile acids which then in turn can help with digestion issues that a lot of people suffer with.

There’s different techniques of how you can do it. I would recommend you guys just Google in coffee enemas. The golden rule of thumb from what I know of is you get a two-liter enema bag, you fill it up about a liter or so. You do about two to three cups of water to two tablespoons of organic coffee. It’s very important that you get organic coffee because you don’t want to be pushing up pesticides. You just kind of time-release it. The whole process should take about 15 minutes. The most important thing is you want to lie in the fetal position on your right-hand side so when the coffee goes up, it’s easier to leak into those valves of the gall bladder and liver, which are more on the right side of the body.

If you have, say, like a half a bag, the enema bag, you maybe just want to squeeze out a quarter, let it sit for a little bit, then squeeze out another quarter two to three minutes later. By the time eight or nine minutes have passed, you should have gotten the whole bag in and then you want to try to remain holding for another couple of minutes and then release. You do not want to do it all at once, because you will not be able to hold it.

One thing I want you guys to do is, if you do choose to try this, you will notice that almost instantly the whites of your eyes look like this. They get like white paper. Obviously, that’s because the whites of the eyes are connected with the liver. If the liver is backed up or toxic or fatty, you’re going to see more of a jaundice yellowish, grayish look to the whites of the eyes.

For anybody who is performing at high athletic output, producing a lot of lactic acid in the body, eating a high-protein diet, this is for you, trust me, because the liver gets put on overload when we ingest massive amounts of protein. If you’re not buying grass-fed and organic proteins and you’re just eating conventional even here and there, that’s putting even more toxic overload to the liver.

Back to the gall bladder for your digestions issues, this is very important because a lot of people just deal with heartburn and take antacids and that’s, again, just treating the symptom. We want to kind of hit the cause. That way we’re not dependent on things like that.

Research coffee enemas. Definitely research Dr. Max Gerson, that’s G-E-R-S-O-N. It will blow your mind how way ahead of his time this man was. More importantly, just see if it works for you. If you are a person who is in seek of optimum wellness and vitality in your life, then this is something that you definitely want to consider, if you have not already, into your lifestyle and regimen.

There’s information out there that says you can do it once a week, twice a week. The thing with the coffee enema, regular saline enemas are just going to clean the bowels out. The coffee enema is going to clean the bowels, but get up higher to the liver and gall bladder. It’s a totally different effect and there’s people who do it two, three times a week and then you hear of people like at the Gerson Institute, when they’re dealing with a terminally ill person, they’ll get maybe two a day for weeks on end. There’s been a lot of studies that show that even the coffee itself going up that way tends to have an effect of killing cancer cells, so there is scientific research starting to back that claim up as well.

More importantly, just research it. See if it vibes with you, that’s the most important thing. Remember, if you give your car an oil change every 5,000 miles, it’s probably a good idea to cleanse your liver and your colon every now and then because, at the end of the day, those are the two organs in the body that are subjected to mass amounts of toxins because it’s filtered through and out the body through those two elements.
