Hello, everybody, and welcome back here to FrankTortorici.com.

Vitamin B17 is a major, major, major anti-cancerous compound. Vitamin B17 is going to be found naturally in certain types of foods. It’s predominant in most massive amounts, the most potent form you can find it in is actually in apricot seeds. You can order them pretty much online. Your local health-food store will carry them.

I know when you think of an apricot you think of the hard pit in the inside but the seed is actually on the inside of that pit so if you crack it open there are seeds in there. Again, the much easier way is they come to you when they’re treated out of the shell and what not and air-dried. They kind of look just like an almond and they are raw when you do purchase them so they do have a very bitter taste.

One can eat too many of the apricot seeds as well and they could actually become toxic as well because they’re so potent. Medicinal amounts that you’d want to eat are anywhere from two to I’ve heard of people eating ten a day. I, myself, I eat four every day of the apricot seeds.

Vitamin B17 can also be found in apple seeds, watermelon seeds, citrus, although in its pure form, like in Africa where the seeds do exist in a lot of citrus foods, it’s very potent forms of vitamin B17. But here in America, a lot of our citrus foods are crossbred and hybrid so a lot of citrus foods like lemons and oranges and grapefruits lack seeds today here in America but obviously we can still find them. When you do you should eat them. It’s often a big question of mine as to why we were raised when we looked at food to spit out the seeds when they have such medicinal benefits to them.

Vitamin B17 was discovered actually of its use about in I think it was 1953 was the date by a doctor named Dr. Joanna Budwig. You guys can also Google the Budwig Diet or the Budwig Protocol. Basically, the main staple of it is a mixture of cottage cheese with flaxseed oil. Dr. Joanna Budwig did a study on cancer patients and what she found was … Flaxseed oil is very high in Omega-3 essentially fatty acid and for some reason when you combine the flaxseed oil with the cottage cheese it allows the flaxseed oil to release massive amounts of vitamin B17 within that Omega-3 compound. Again, because vitamin B17 is so anti-cancerous she was able to start seeing tremendous results with putting patients on this protocol.

Even back then, in 1953, yes, as we would today, she faced a lot of harsh criticism. The medical establishment tried shutting her down various times for malpractice but she beat all the charges. There’s a Budwig Wellness Center. Again, I would just recommend Googling Dr. Joanna Budwig, B-U-D-W-I-G, and you’ll see tons of information on her regimen.

In all honesty, her regimen is no different from what you guys hear in these videos. There’s a very simple, straight-line path to wellness that one can take. It’s not that intricate. It’s all about eating the most live, pure foods as possible.

There’s a tribe that lives in the Himalayan Mountains called the Hunzas and they’ve been around for hundreds of years. Cancer is close to not even existing within that community. The Hunzas are predominantly on a raw-food diet, not all vegan but definitely mostly raw, and they do consume massive amounts of vitamin B17 so to me, that’s a very strong link. I suggest you guys to research that, as well. They’re called the Hunzas, H-U-N-Z-A. Again they’re in the Himalayan Mountains. It would just be interesting for you guys to read up on them and see what their lifestyle is like and the amount of disease and cancer that actually exists in their population.

Also, another good form, which is easier to find, too, and more palatable are macadamia nuts. Macadamia nuts pack a powerful punch of laetrile/vitamin B17.

It’s illegal. You cannot buy over the counter, in a health-food store or anywhere. You cannot find vitamin B17 as a supplement and without getting into any types of conspiracies around that, you’ve got to ask the question, if this is such a great food and it’s so anti-cancerous, why is it not available in supplement form or why have we been told to spit out our seeds as we chew certain types of fruits that carry these potent forms of B17 seeds? I’ll let you guys answer that questions for yourselves.

That’s pretty much it. Again, vitamin B17, laetrile. I highly recommend all of you guys getting on it. Another great benefit of vitamin B17, it actually works as a pain-killer so it’s pretty interesting. When you do eat the apricot seeds if you chew on them and let it soak in your saliva for about a minute as you’re chewing, your gums will become not extremely but you’ll feel a little bit of a tingly/numbness going on in your mouth.

If you’re dealing with any types of joint pains or arthritis, mixing turmeric, as we spoke of in a previous blog, with vitamin B17, you have a powerful painkiller there as well as a powerful, powerful combination of fighting cancer. As I’ve explained in the past, turmeric is definitely anti-cancerous and vitamin B17 has been proven as major anti-cancer, as well. Whether you’re looking for just a wellness program or you’re actually trying to combat something holistically, I definitely recommend you guys looking into vitamin B17 for more reasons than one.

Thanks again for visiting www.franktortdev.wpengine.com.  Also on my website there’s a free download of a talk I gave of couple months back on a radio show. It’s an hour long so there’s a lot of information in there. I recommend if you guys do download that, get a paper and pen and take some notes. There’s a lot of good information in there that you can apply starting today.

Again, I want to thank you guys for your time. Pass these along to you family, friends and loved ones and we’ll talk soon.
