Personal Training Services

This is not a “cookie cutter” program that everyone gets. I only work with people that are fully committed to a complete lifestyle change. I do not believe that writing programs is the answer, I believe that working with you hands-on is the key to our success. Week by week it allows me to have a better understanding of your limitations and capabilities. Changing one’s lifestyle takes time, patience, and discipline. It’s my job to push you out of your comfort zone session by session while keeping you at zero risk of injury. This is a team effort and I’m there for you every step of the way.

We meet 2 – 3 times per week for a 60-minute virtual session. 

 

Each session will consist of one of the following:

  • Full-body functional workout
  • Food log review
  • Grocery shopping, dining out, and meal prep options
  • Intermittent fasting principles and techniques
  • Coldwater therapy and deep breath techniques.

Building the mind, body, and spirit requires repetitive discipline, day in and day out, to live a healthy and happy life. Through the process that I’ve cultivated over the last several decades, I am there with you every step of the way.
