On top of that I just didn’t want a fitness guru but also needed a holistic lifestyle coach to help me with a focus on building my immune system. He’s genuinely interested in figuring out what you need to make progress, so he’s helpful for way more than just exercise. I’ve made significant leaps forward in my nutrition, sleep habits, and general life management. Also, working with Frank has really helped with my depression.

The training sessions themselves are also excellent. He has a real talent for adapting the workouts to my ability level and even my capacity for any given day. He also is able to accomplish a ton with very simple equipment; we work out in the park near my house using only a mat and few dumbbells or kettlebells.

Frank is one of the best things that happened to me and my physical and mental well being. Aside from his expertise with everything physical training–teaching me form, how to exercise on my own and keep up my own shape–he’s a stand-up guy who is as much a motivator as he is an instructor. He cares deeply about the mental side of things, understanding how beneficial positive reinforcement for his trainees. I only worked with Frank for a short time, just a couple of months, but I saw results. More than my waist shrinking and my arms becoming more defined, I felt healthier and felt better as a whole. Frank doesn’t have enough five-star reviews, but if you have any desire to change your body, your mind and your life, there’s no one better than Frank to make that transformation happen.

I sought him at a time I got some suspect blood test results from my doctor.
That is what really kicked my butt to finally make some much needed long overdue lifestyle changes.

I did a number of personal training sessions with him where he showed me much more efficient ways of exercising than how I have been exercising for years.
Besides that one of the best things I’ve ever done for my health was going shopping at a health food store with him.
We spent over an hour in there and in each section of the store he educated about healthy food. I learned more in that time about food /nutrients than I could have imagined.

If you want results… Call Frank. He is an expert in his field with over 20 years in health, nutrition, functional fitness, performance training, etc… yet his demeanor is gentle and fun-loving. He is a gem and a pleasure to work with.

Without a doubt, Frank works miracles… just 1 example: I sent a client of mine to him who was in a very challenging position: grossly over-weight, 2 knee replacements, a neck brace, a walking cane, and very little motility. Within 6 months she had lost over 120 pounds. She has gone on to walk FOUR 1/2 marathons in 2 years to help raise money and awareness for leukemia, when she previously couldn’t walk the length of a mall without MANY rest stops along the way.
