High-intensity training is the fitness craze people are now into.  This is why you see a lot of people getting addicted to exercise.  Unfortunately what they don’t realize is that they are burning out the adrenals.

You probably see that there is always that person in the gym that’s constantly working their butt off, but actually they’re gaining weight.  They are losing muscle tone and gaining cellulite.  You could train all day long but by overtraining it completely puts pressure, strain, and stress on the adrenals.  All you are doing when you are excessively working out is tearing muscle tissue.  That’s all you are doing!

Food is medicine.  It’s what you put into your body that repairs the muscle tissue.  So if your lifestyle and eating habits are not on point, you’re basically on a hamster wheel.
