Bone Marrow Broth

General Thumbnail

Hello everybody, welcome back here franktortdev.wpengine.com. What I want to touch on today, I just started with a new client and the client is suffering with a lot of digestive issues. Just heard back from his natural path that ran some testing and they found that there’s a little leaky gut going on. I want to bring this video to everyone’s attention because I think we all, at some point and time, deal with digestion issues. I think due to the era that we’re living in, depending on when you were born, we’re all pretty much exposed to a lot of toxins, chemicals.

It’s only now that the whole GMO topic has come to the forefront. It’s only now that the topic of all side effects of the vaccines have come to the forefront. During the ’60s, ’70s, ’80s, ’90s, and early 2000s, we were basically force fed all of this toxic crap, that pretty much perpetrated the overall well being of our intestinal lining, which, again, from GMOs, creates, punctures holes in the gut lining, creating leaky gut. Creates food sensitivities and allergies, the vaccines, you name it.

One real simple thing through my research that I found and that I’ve found just through trial and error with myself, it’s been around for centuries and basically what it is is bone marrow broth. What I found, do to trying it to myself and then just through the research is that it has a lot of amazing benefits for the body. A real simple way to put it, when you make bone marrow broth, you’re getting the marrow from the bone, which comes to like a gelatin-like substance. Within that marrow is an amazing compound of minerals and within those minerals, and the fat, it actually has benefits of healing and repairing the gut lining.

For somebody dealing with leaky gut, doing a bone marrow broth two to three times a day, drinking it, can have an amazing benefit. To give it some extra kick, you can add fermented foods to it, as a soup. In other words, you can heat the broth up and then add raw sauerkraut or fermented beets if you want, cold, which would bring the broth, obviously, to more of a room temperature and eat it that way or just pour the fermented juice from the sauerkraut into the broth to give it an extra kick. Then just playing with different types.

Again, if you’re dealing with it from a vegan standpoint, dealing with raw coconut kefir, drinking raw apple cider vinegar, dealing with raw kombucha, any types of fermented foods are going to help with the gut lining. For people who are not vegan or vegetarian, to really give it a big time kick, using the bone marrow broth would be very beneficial for anyone. Now there’s-people do it with fish, with chicken, with pork, with beef. I’m personally doing it with grass fed beef bone marrow, just not really a fish person and the chicken, I don’t think really packs the punch like the beef bone marrow will.

Again, this is for anyone that’s come over food poisoning, is always dealing with constant bloating in their stomach, gas issues, constipation. Basically that’s all stemming from the ecosystem is just whacked out in the gut and it needs to be re-balanced, whether it need to repaired from the gut lining down to the flora in the gut, that’s why we’re laying with the bone marrow or the fermented veggies or the coconut kefirs or the kombuchas. That’s why we’re playing with all of that, because they help balance the ecosystem in the gut and within balancing the ecosystem within the gut, you’re also going to help repair the gut lining.

There’s a lot of research out there too that shows L-Glutamine, which is a major amino acid in a lot of bodybuilding supplements, but you can get just straight L-Glutamine from really reputable companies, like Jarrow Formulas, for example, and that not only helps with muscle repair and nerve tissue, but, again, it also helps repair the gut lining. Again, all this information, just Google it and check it out. Consult your doctor before doing any of this stuff if you’re being treated by a doctor.

If you’re like me and you treat yourself, then your body becomes your best doctor by trial and error and playing with these different types of medicinal foods and food-base supplements and playing with them to feel their benefits.
